NOFF36 Recap | New Orleans Film Society

For 36 years, the New Orleans Film Society has produced the New Orleans Film Festival, shining a spotlight on filmmakers from the American South while welcoming storytellers from around the world. As NOFS has grown, so too have our platform, vision, and capacity. Yet at our core, we remain rooted in this city, in this community, and in the incredible medium of film.

This year’s festival was no exception—if anything, it was our most jam-packed edition yet. Five days. Over 150 films. More than 50 conference events. A live podcast studio. Four parties. More than 400 hours of programming.

We’re thrilled to share snapshots from the festival: whether you were lucky enough to join us and want to relive the experience, or you missed it and need that final nudge to book your trip for next year.
