Join us for the 29th French Film Festival presented by MUBI, taking place March 19–24, 2026 at The Prytania Theatre Uptown and venues across the city.

With your Student or Teacher Pass, you’ll enjoy access to 20 films from 6 countries — including 13 feature films and 7 short films. Screenings will be presented in French, Kouri-Vini (Louisiana Creole French), Polish, Arabic, Russian, German, and Latin with English subtitles, featuring films from Belgium, Canada, France, Senegal, Switzerland, and the United States.

Your pass also includes access to REEL Futures: All Colleges Day on March 23 at Loyola University, featuring presentations and workshops from Cocteau scholar Chloe Cassens, Film Louisiana President Jason Waggenspack, and the Stay REEL Soirée presented by the festival’s sponsor, MUBI. This is open to both High School and College students.

In addition, you are invited to a special free screening of The Most Precious of Cargoes, presented in partnership with Film Independent’s Always Remember initiative. Always Remember is a series of free screenings, supported by The Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany (Claims Conference) and the Cayton-Goldrich Family Foundation. The initiative raises Holocaust awareness through powerful, accessible storytelling and amplifies diverse voices and lived experiences connected to the Holocaust.

The full festival schedule will be released on Friday, February 27. In the meantime, secure your Student and Teacher Passes using the link and codes below:
